If your item arrives damaged, you, the buyer will need to file a claim with USPS and I provide a packing slip in my shipments for you. When filing a claim with the USPS you will need photos of the damaged item, a bill of sale, the tracking # and you can file it online It usually takes about 7-10 days to receive your refund. If the post office denies your claim, I will work with you towards a fair resolution. I will combine shipping on multiple auctions won.
