These packs have a widespread issue in which they can inadvertently power off if connected to a Neutrona Wand (sold separately) when the activate switch on the wand is flipped on. If you encounter this, there's nothing wrong with your specific pack, they are all this way. The issue stems from insufficient battery voltage and/or the hose connection being poor. It is fixable in several different ways, and I can give you some pointers if necessary.
