Description: Set of two handmade umbrella parasol lamp shades made and purchased in Madagascar in 1998. The price includes both shades. They each have a hole in the middle of the shaft for wiring but have never been assembled or used as lamps. I thought these would look great as patio lighting but the opportunity has never arisen. There is a pin to hold the umbrellas open but a small hole needs to be drilled in the shaft for the pin. These are cream colored cloth that is mostly or all cotton. One has a little rosy blush on it that would quickly fade in the sunlight. These are made in the traditional way of market umbrellas and really open and close. Great for a tropical themed bar or patio.
