Description: St John the ApostleSingle Decade Rosary This beautiful chaplet has a brand new 1" oval nickel silver medal with an updated image of St John the Apostle. The 1-3/4" silver-toned San Damiano crucifix has one half of the prayer of peace by St Francis on the back in English. (We include a card with the full prayer plus info on the crucifix.) Both medal and crucifix were made in Italy. The chaplet was designed and handmade by me in the USA.All the beads are 8mm, smooth, round, genuine semi-precious gemstones. The ten Hail Mary beads are Picture Jasper and the Our Father bead is Blue Adventurine. Chaplet is about 10-3/4" long and comes gift boxed and with a St John prayer card, San Damiano/Prayer of Peace card and St Francis of Assisi prayer card. Also included is a rosary pamphlet and several other associated pamphlets and prayer cards plus a carry pouch and a gift bag and tissue paper to hold everything for gift giving. St John is also known as the "Beloved Apostle" and was one of the original Twelve; he was the youngest apostle and lived to a ripe old age and is the only apostle of the 12 who was not martyred although he did suffer imprisonment and exile. St John wrote the gospel that bears his name as well as Revelations, and cared for Our Lord's mother for the rest of her life.
