Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover is detached and flaking around the edges the spine is split 40% of the way it has a musty smell the Staples are Rusty and other defects. I would call it around a 1.5 fr/gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
