The 3 blades are 440HC German stainless Rockwell tested 58 to 61 hardness, stamped right on the blade German Stainless Hand Made it is not very often you see this. The bolster and Pins are also stainless and the Liners are Brass. The Stag is Five Star Stag that is what they prefer us to call it all you need to know is it is a great stag, in the center of one side of the stag is the German Bull Logo with a huge Bull in the center.
