It comes with a black date ring, the temporary stem as well as a new stem. These are the same ones my students use in our watch repair courses. This is a genuine movement made by Seiko's TMI, (Time Module Inc.) TMI is their division sells in bulk to other watch companies and manufactures. Movements marked Seiko only go in Seiko watches. This is the TMI's version of the Seiko 4R35 available to consumers and other watch brands. Rotors marked with TMi are the newest version of the NH35A. Rotors marked SII are the older version or New OLD Stock (NOS). Here are a couple things to be aware of. 1) Beware of Counterfeits: Sellers offering this movement at a crazy low price are not going to be real. Yes the NH35A is counterfeited in China. 2) Be aware of sellers location: Some sellers are saying that they are in the United States but are actually having the order drop shipped to a US forwarder who puts another shipping label one when it gets into the country. Usually you can tell from negative comments about long shipping times. I stock everything here is N.C. and offer free shipping. I will process all orders received by noon the same day and they go straight to the post office that day. Orders received after noon Mon-Fri will be processed the next business. Orders received after noon on Friday day do not get processed until Monday. 3) Consumer is responsible for final regulation: This is something never talked about. When TMI, ETA or any other manufacture supplies a movement for sale, it is up to the final consumer to provide final regulation and adjustment. Factory regulation will be within the published tolerances below and final regulation is up to the final consumer, meaning you.
