Description: This is a lid for Garden City Pottery's "Deco" teapot. It is made of pottery with orange glaze. The lid measures approximately 2 5/8 x 2 1/8 inches from one outside edge to the other on the underside of the flange -- the part that fits inside the teapot base -- and about 1 3/4 inches tall to the top of the knob. It measures approximately 2 3/4 inches from side-to-side across the top. Any spots in the photos are just camera flash glare. The lid does not appear to be marked. The last photo shows a picture of a complete Garden City Deco teapot. You're buying only the lid. A teapot base is not included! Overall and other than as noted, this teapot lid is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, etc. The glaze is somewhat thin on the little nubs that are on either side of the flange, but that appears to be the way this piece was made.
