The bowl is a very thick plastic like material and is approximately 17” in diameter and has a beautiful design on the creamy bottom. It is held on the lamp with a decorative brass element in the middle. The lamp itself has a chain to regulate how low you want it to hang, with the chain it is approximately 33” long. There are sockets for 3 light bulbs. This lamp needs to be rewired. The brass has darkened with age but could be polished. This lamp could be a beautiful addition to any room.
