This note is circulated and has the following: folding and wear (also has heavier bends and areas of waviness - areas of crispness remain); overall light staining; edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed); light edge indents/nicks (if any tears exist they are very small); surface wear and fraying (some indented areas exist by the edges); no holes that I could see.
