You will have to purchase the dolls with the hearts on their back for the sounds to work. This only comes with a baby and it doesn't have the sensor to operate the sounds like the adult character. Not even sure the baby is part of this set. Comes with accessories shown but not sure if they all came with the set either. Does have a neat bed table that you can turn on lamp. I supplied batteries for this also . A few accessories have chew marks seen in picture 23 and 24. Mansion is very clean and huge about 30 inches tall and 3 feet wide when opened.
