FINE BIG 12" NATIVE AMERICAN HAND CARVED NAVAJO WOLF DANCER KACHINA S. COON

Description: This is a FINE BIG 12" NATIVE AMERICAN HAND CARVED NAVAJO WOLF DANCER KACHINA DOLL signed S. COON, probably from the 1990's. I have had this Wolf Dancer in my home for the last 15 years, but I just have too much so thinning out. This Kachina is really well done and in nice paint decoration, leatherwork and additional decor & in great condition, I only keep the best stuff and this is one of them for a 1990's example! The representation of the Deity is clothed in leather straps at its wrist waist & legs. Lots of rabbit fur around the Head & Shoulders. It has carved wooden Ears and lots of Teeth! This figurine is mounted on a wood base which accents the natural aspect of this carved wood figurine. This nicely made piece measures 11.89" tall to the top of the fur & Ears. He is 3.25" Wide at the base which is also the same deep. He's a good example cuz its harder to find these when they are completely in tack and in good condition though a little dusty! The bottom of the round wooden base is written " Wolf - S. Coon" and still retains the original 90.00 price tag from when he was first sold. Its really a nice one!
