Unique species sparsely found only in isolated Late Eocene deposits in Northern Africa. Evolutionary dead end but take a normal Early Eocene Xiphodolamia tooth (which is rare to start with), double the size, and add serrations and you get this unusual species. Please note BOTH TEETH HAVE RESTORATION WORK DONE TO THE ROOTS. The probably upper (long thin tooth) has the entire root restored and the probably lower (shorter wider tooth) has restoration work done to half of the root. However just finding one of these in any condition is a rarity and you'll almost never see one offered for sale. Good luck with this one! 100% authentic with restoration to both roots.
