This is the classic Japanese made wooden battery operated motor boat that has become so collectible. You see the speedboats more often than you do these cool cabin cruisers. This is an original item from the 1940s-50s. I believe this one is a model by Toy Time replicating the style of the famous ITO Miss Sakura. I think is is a cabin cruiser missing the cabin. The boat looks just like the Toy Time cruiser we have in our other listings right now (that one has the cabin). This one has an upgraded motor, labelled TON. If you collect vintage model or toy boats, this is one of those things you have to grab when you see it.
