Description: Welcome to my listing for a vintage, Baby Boomer children's toy that's also an example of the mass-produced educational toys of that era -- Child Guidance Toys' Doors to Knowledge. This toy is a book-sized hollow plastic box, with three differently-colored doors on the front and three key-holes on the side. It comes with three keys in different sizes and colors, each of which opens a particular matching door. The toy is complete and in great condition, and the keys open the doors just the way they should. No cracks or chips or broken parts, just some light handling wear. The toy comes in its original box, which has some scuffy wear; in addition, one box flap is present but is competely torn apart from the box (Photos 4 and 5.) The Child Guidance Toys product brochure, dated 1953, is also present and in great shape, uncreased and unmarked and with wonderful color photos of all the toys in the company's line.
