It is Elektra Records U.K. catalog number K 12215. This 45 was issued in conjunction with the 1979 LP 'An American Prayer' - ''Ghost Song' and 'Roadhouse Blues (LIVE)' are taken from that album. PLEASE NOTE: THIS UK ISSUE LIMITED EDITION DOUBLE 45 IS ALREADY LOCATED WITHIN THE U.S. - A U.S. BUYER WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY EXPENSIVE TRANSATLANTIC SHIPPING CHARGES, JUST THE REGULAR $5.50 USPS MEDIA MAIL POSTAGE.
