Charizard EX 215/197 Obsidian Flames Pokémon TCG Possible Factory Error

We ship super fast and are more than happy to answer any questions if you just shoot us a message! :D I cracked this a few days ago and I’ve been asking around online trying to determine if the long indention is from the factory or not. There doesn’t seem to be a definite consensus, but I will say that it was the only card in the pack like this, and the packet self was sealed inside of one of those poke ball tins. The other packs within the tin likewise, had zero damage cards. Which leads me to suspect that this crease happened during production.
