Unmarked. Circa 1800 to 1820. Has some wear to the gilding, numerous chips along the lip,a tight crack through the base of the handle, and two tight cracks extending off the lip. Measures approximately 3 5/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 3/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
