NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL. This is not recommended for making stickers or anything that requires registration marks. This machine has been used 100% for cutting vinyl, specifically Oracal 651, and it does it very well if setup properly. Tested settings are 24in/s speed, and 20-30 force. It will feed 12" wide rolls but actual cutting width is about 10". This is called a 14" machine (365mm) just like all the other cutters that look like it, but they don't cut 14". NO SOFTWARE is included, but this machine has been operated with various generic programs in Windows previously. Also, this machine is normally operated using LINUX and INKCUT using the generic cutter settings and USB connection due to the fact that this cutter uses HPGL language. BONUS UPGRADE, this cutter has been modified with a THIRD ROLLER. Most machines only include two rollers for smaller machines. This improves stability and precision.
