MOVEMENT: Clean early Borel 15 jewel manual wind movement featuring Geneva stripe straight line damaskining, gold jewel settings, is signed: "15 jewels, Swiss made." Movement is clean and runs well, however has not been bench tested for precise accuracy or recently serviced. CASE: Beautiful, rare, early round thin 3 piece stainless steel solid lug bar case measures 30.50 mm across without crown, 37.40 mm lug tip to tip, and 16 mm between lugs. Case back is signed: "acier staybrite, 17601, 273300." Crystal is pristine. DIAL: Stunning, early, rare, Roman dress dial shows light even aging (see photos), and has magnificent gold Roman numerals which are framed in black, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds register at 6 o'clock, stick hour and minute hands.
