Description: This BK Precision 4017A 10 MHz Sweep/Function Generator is a high-quality, precision signal generator in excellent condition. It uses an accurate internal counter to give a precise frequency setting. The Sine and Triangle waveform range is 0.1 Hz to 10 Mhz. The Square Wave range is also 0.1 to 10 MHz with a rise/fall time of less than 30 ns. The Output Amplitude is up to 10V p-p into 50 ohm (20 Vp-p open circuit). Sweeps can be Linear or Logarithmic up to 100:1 and the Sweep Rate can be set from 0.5 sec to 30 seconds. It can also do AM or FM modulation.
