Description: Offered here is this Beautiful Vintage Salvaged Flush Mount Light Fixture. It is in good condition, with no chips or cracks in the glass, but it does need to be cleaned. The iron cap on the glass shade as well as the aluminum ceiling mount base of the fixture were once finished in gold, but it is very worn now, and does have some light surface rust on it as well. It will most likely need to be repainted. It was salvaged from the Fredrickson Estate in Altadena California. I am unsure of its age but it most likely dates to the 1930s and is Spanish Colonial Revival Style. The fixture will need to be rewired and installed by a professional electrician. The fixture is about 10.5” top to bottom and 12” in diameter at the aluminum base that mounts to the ceiling, with the glass bell shaped shade being about 9” in diameter at the bottom. This is a very nice salvaged antique light fixture in need of some TLC that could be a beautiful fixture in your home.
