Matrix / Runout (Side 1): SHAL-1-12060 G5 #1 Gene [MASTERED BY CAPITOL] O Matrix / Runout (Side 2): SHAL-2-12060 G1 #1 Ed [MASTERED BY CAPITOL] O Original Gatefold Embossed Cover (with Butcher Pix inside), Original Capitol Glossy Photo inner sleeve Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Jacksonville pressing denoted by "0" stamp in runouts. This pressing has Side A lacquer cut by Gene Thompson and Side B lacquer cut by Ed Sanders. This album is a compilation of tracks that were considered rare in the US at the time. B-sides and other tracks that hadn't been on any Capitol album, different mixes etc. Also known for reproducing the infamous "butcher shot" for the first time since Yesterday & Today in 1966, on the inside gatefold. There are 3 cover variations. This one is #1: #1 -The photo on the front is raised/embossed -There is no George Martin producer credit on the back lower left corner -Under "Helter Skelter" a text error states "...so you don't hear the classic Lennon statement...", and for "There's A Place" incorrectly states this was the first time in stereo on a US album.
