Fits standard size single disc Blu-ray case.Sleeve-style cover - cover originally came shrink-wrapped to the case, so imperfections may be the result of factory conditions or the shrink-wrapping process itself. Wear is minimal, consistent with a shrink-wrapped cover. However, there is a prominent crease on the front that may deter some collectors (see third picture). Please note that while I try to describe and grade covers honestly and accurately, based on my own subjective standards, I don't pretend to know the standards of others, nor do I examine covers under a microscope, so to speak. It's also possible that conditions, like wear, can change slightly between the time a cover is originally evaluated and when it eventually sells, sometimes years later.
