Description: Latvia: 3 German occupation covers. Three late WWII Latvian covers with German occupation stamps. All nice single frankings. One is Russia Scott N26 on cover from Riga (6/29/44) to with meter-type cancel to Riga, while the Germans were likely gathering to retreat. The second is a Russia Scott N28 with lovely meter strike from Riga (1/24/44) to Libau--this cover with a fold and some creasing, but still fresh and attractive. Third is a late occupation cover from Riga (8/25/44) to Wahn, and this had to be shortly before the Soviets arrives. Very nice late occupation covers. See scans. As shown; as is.
