Description: Batchelder Tile Co., Los Angeles, CA 1909-1932 Stunning arched tiles can be laid out to create a large surround for fireplace, fountain, entry way etc. There are 4 different patterns (leaf, griffin, lion and shield), all within a repeating vine, tying the tiles together. Of course, the layout can be different from what is shown. And, depending on grout lines, the measurements could change. Shown here are 28 tiles approx. 58" wide (from outside edges) and approx. 32" tall. Each tile measures 3 3/4" width at top x 3" width at bottom x 3 3/4" tall x 1/2" thick.
