Four carriage head bolts secure the assembly allowing you to place the Toolbox at a low profile using existing clamps that came with the Toolbox. Drill if you must. Application Notes: Low Profile Drill Hardware Kit (LP) requires drilling through bed rail. Low Profile Drill are compatible with Toolboxes Siderails and Tonneau Adapter Kit are not compatible with Low Profile Drill Hardware Kits
