Description: Arthur M Anderson 18K HGE Ring Red Baguettes & White Brilliant Stones Size 6½ For consideration is this vintage size 6½ size ring with 3 red baguette stones and 2 white brilliant cut stones. The setting is open work and the stones are faceted and prong set. The inner band is marked “18K H.G.E.” followed by the letter “A” in a circle. It is my understanding that “HG” stands for "High Grade Electroplate" and "18K HGE" means the item is electroplated with 18 karat gold. It is also marked with a capitol letter “A” within a circle which makes Arthur M. Anderson the maker. Very little historical information was found about the maker to verify the age of the ring. The stones have not been verified so I’m assuming at this point they are glass. This ring is in excellent vintage condition with no loose, cracked or missing stones or problems noted.
