Description: Antique Victorian Welsbach Gas Radiant Heater W/ Elements 22 X 8 X 8 1/2”. Shows some age/ usage wear but is a really attractive piece in good condition. Black, with some really nice Victorian ornamental decoration on it. Inside is copper lined. Still has 3 of the original (VERY FRAGILE) heating elements/ filaments. Two are damaged but one is complete. There are supposed to be 6 total. The metal bar across the top that keeps them in place is bent a bit as you can see but could be straightened out better. It is missing a screen of some kind across the front as there are notches in the ends where it would have been attached. Came from a local estate, comes as seen in photos.
