Description: Victorian Fireplace Surround: 17 Tiles with Pots, Garlands, and Swan This is a 17 tile surround for a fireplace or mantle. Each tile is six inches square; the whole set measures 36 inches tall and 42 inches across (30 inches tall and 30 inches across on the inside edge). The tiles depict a set of pots, garlands, and plants along the sides, with a swan centered at the top.The tiles read as olive/brown/caramel in different lights. Note the two corner pieces are slightly lighter and from a different pattern; they were likely added to this set to fit the width of the mantle where they were mounted. The backs have a small layer of dried adhesive and no visible manufacturer's marks. We ship USPS Priority Mail within two business days of purchase; we package and ship with care. We will likely ship this surround in two boxes to decrease risk of breaking. About us: we bought a house and the previous owners were collectors of antique tile. Most everything we have cataloged so far is from between 1880 and 1910, from a variety of manufacturers, and in a variety of styles. As the tile comes of the walls, it will go up here.
