The top has a Federal style eagle with shield, the right has the Statue of Liberty with laurel wreath, the bottom has a ribbon banner and the left has the Liberty Bell in a laurel wreath. There are also roses, stars and fleur de lis accents as well.The frame measures 21.5" tall and 18.5" wide. NO GLASS or BACKING is included. A photo can be added to this piece without a glass front, it can be hung empty or a small wall hanging can be hung in the center. If you choose to use for a print, this frame will accommodate a trimmed 14" x 17" photo.Very old piece that does have some cracking, chips, missing gesso, paint wear/loss, etc. It's in lovely condition for it's age and is so unique!
