Description: Beautiful Griswold No. 11, P/N 950, Cast Iron French Roll Pan. Made in Erie, Pennsylvania by the Griswold Manufacturing Company from the 1923-1930's. CONDITION: Pan is in very good antique condition. It has a subtle wobble from side to side corrected with less than one index card. Cooking surface is smooth except for minor casting flaws present in several of the cups and bottom of pan. (see pics). Lines on logo are crisp and clear.Skillet does not spin, has no cracks, rust, or repairs. Please see photos as part of description. ~Disclaimer: All vintage and antique cast iron typically shows some signs of wear including light utensil marks, discoloration, and minor pitting. RESTORATION: This vintage piece of cast iron has been carefully cleaned to bare iron using a combination of electrolysis, lye, and vinegar. It has been seasoned with 4 layers of grape seed oil at 500 degree for a deep, beautiful, patina finish.
