Description: ANTIQUE CHINESE BLUE PORCELAIN TIBETAN SILVER OVERLAY TEAPOT DRAGON FILIGREE PIG LID I’m proudly offering for your consideration an antique Chinese Blue Porcelain Tibetan Silver Teapot with a pig sitting on the lid. Lots of silver filigree work; great craftsmanship with butterfly base and four panels of metal dragons. Porcelain has cobalt blue with red, orange, yellow floral designs. It is signed on the bottom, which I don’t know what is written, however, I will polish the bottom just so the writing is clearer. This beauty is signed on the bottom and comes free of chips, cracks, restorations or damage; slight on the lid. I’ll let my photos do most of my description since a picture is worth a thousand words. Photos are taken with and without a flash and some with quarter to give you a perspective of the size of the item. All my items come from a smoke free and pet free home. Approximate Measurements: 5 ½” tall x 5” wide from hand to dragon spout Antique and/or vintage items may show characteristics of age, including allowable base wear, air bubbles, if hand painted, pattern irregularities, straw marks (inclusions/cooling marks) or mold marks.
