Description: Charming hand carved wood bear wall plaque with a barometer and thermometer. Carved into upper right side is "EREM", which I assume are the initials of the artist. Bear has a wonderfully carved expressive face with good dental work and a kindly glass eye. I'm sure he would never harm anyone. The barometer is written in French. ("Pluie" = Rain and "Beau Temps" = Good Weather). No manufacturer's name on it anywhere. It seems to work okay, its moving in conjunction with mine that I have on the wall. The celsius thermometer's numbers are worn, but it is accurate and working. Size: 10.25" tall by 7.75" at widest by 1.5" thick. Weight: l lb. 3.5 oz. Condition: Excellent condition.
