Description: Antique Admiral Dewey commemorative clock Click images to enlarge Description Great commemorative clock by the Waterbury Clock Co. of Admiral Dewey and his exploits in the Spanish American War of 1898. The patriotic front of the clock is made of cast brass with an iron frame holding the movement. The casting shows a lot of fine detail of weapons and the the US shield. The time only movement appears to be in running order and I have no history of when it was serviced. The clock measures 10" by 8". The last photo shows this clock with the larger version which is also listed. This is a nice example of a very scarce model. Images sell!
