The book measures just over 10" tall with leather spine and 864 pages. The book shows to be in fair to good condition for it's age. All of the pages show foxing from age, spine is good for it's age, I found a few loose pages inside the book - some of those are old report cards from 1908 and 1910 along with some letters about a death from 1925 and some old newspaper clippings from Jacob Johansson.
