The pierced decorated, oval shaped frame is ornamented with a central cushion mixed cut sapphire, flanked on either side by a slightly smaller round mixed cut sapphire. The upper and lower borders of the design are each embellished with four multi-claw set Old European round cut diamonds. The subtly elevated, shaped ring shoulders are each set with a single pavé set Old European round cut diamonds, integrating with the main setting and blending with the plain ring shank. The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the 18K Gold mark (18Ct). This antique gemstone dress ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.
