If you read the book, very good by the way, it is signed at end Grace C. Floyd. The pictures in the book are lovely. Front cover, has loss on right side top to bottom. Binding has wear also. Back cover has what looks like a little water damage separation in the top center of back. Some dirt scuffs . Inside, the pages are separated from the cover. There are four color pages inside and pages and pictures look great. 10 7/8" x 8 3/4". I would love someone who can care for these old books to buy them. They are treasures.
