Flaw is what I would guess to be a plastic piece at the front brim that has broken into pieces (probably crushed during storage). This does not affect how it fits on my head (lays nicely) and shouldn’t on yours either. The broken plastic band is inside sewn material and will stay in place. Love the graphic on the one side of the cap. Vent holes on each side for breathability. Outer shell made of polyester, rayon and spandex and lined inside with cotton. Made by Concept One Accessories with attached AC/DC label. No size found so probably one size fits most. Other than the flaw fire-mentioned - the cap is in gently worn condition with no stains and mild wear to material.
