It is a 1914 Federal Reserve Note on the Atlanta district with signatures of Burke and Houston. That means it is a Friedberg 1046. These bills are most often seen in VF-25 or less. A gem uncirculated note is pretty hard to get! This note is graded Gem Uncirculated 65PPQ by PMG. This is as good as it get for this note.
