Warranty & Returns As there are no implied manufacturer’s warranty, we at SWA provide a 60-Day product Guarantee that begins the date of receipt (buyer pays return shipping). This means that the product arrived as described and in working condition. We don’t “gladly accept returns” like other stores claim because we work hard to put out an accurate description, detailed photos and our goal is to put out an exceptional customer experience. That said, we do right by our customers – please don’t hesitate to reach out with inquiries. Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered. For “Factory Sealed” products, we reserve the right to refund 70% of the purchase price as that product will be deemed “open-box” once returned.
