Description: A vintage to old so called wedding nimcha from Algeria, North Africa. Handle and scabbard from wood with brass mounts, guard from iron, wooden parts shows some wear and small chips, see pictures, the middle scabbard band is missing, thick good blade with engravings and brass inlays in typical form, edge has some nicks. 58,5 cm long inside scabbard, 56,5 cm without, blade 41,5 cm and 5,8 mm thick behind the handle at the spine, 304 gram.
