80s Prom Dress XXS 2XS Vintage Short Mini Black Velvet Olive Green Taffeta Gown

Description: SIZING The dress is tagged a US size 8, but vintage sizes tend to run smaller than modern sizes, and this is much smaller than a modern size 8. I believe this dress would best fit a modern Juniors size XS or an adult size 2XS. (For reference, my mannequin is an Adult size 2 with a 32 inch bust, and this dress was too small for her in the chest). The actual measurements are as follows: Bust: 14.75 inches across, underarm to underarm (29.5inches around) Waist: 12 inches across (24 inches around) Hips: Full and roomy Length: 28 inches from the top of the cups to the hem Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement around. I did notice some faint powdery marks on the lining inside the dress (see last picture for example), but this is very minor and not visible when the dress is worn!
