Description: CONDITION: Excellent, no defects of any kind. These porcelain plates were produced in England by Mintons in 1880. The impressed registry mark indicates this year. The plates are 9 1/4 inches in diameter. They are made of fine, white bone china .The reticulated borders have a double band of cuts outs. A ribbon of celeste blue French enamel enhanced with tiny pink roses, encircles the borders. The center of the plates have a garland of hand painted roses.
