We collect eggs daily, we do wipe some eggs with a dry rag to remove any solid debris. Minimal cleaning and handling helps preserve the natural bloom on the shell. NOTE: The 6++ Eggs will be packaged in a well-protected and padded egg carton. YOU are guaranteed to GET 6 fertile Ameraucana eggs. Extra if available day of shipping. You most likely will get 1, 2 or sometimes 3 extra eggs as chickens are laying well.THE FRESHEST EGGS POSSIBLE We take extra care in packaging your eggs. I do include extra egg(s). Number of extras depends on what I can comfortably fit in Priority shipping box and amount of eggs gathered on day of shipping. Usually 1, 2 or more extra eggs. I will do my best to ship the day eggs are gathered. You get freshest eggs possible. I do not wash eggs as washing may effect hatch. PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT guarantee hatch. When eggs are mailed they are beyond our control. We DO NOT give refunds on damaged or unhatched eggs. Priority Mail is automatically insured. If box arrives damaged and/or with broken eggs, you are responsible for making a claim with the USPS. Take photos and place broken eggs and Priority shipping box in refrigerator. Post office sometimes requires proof of damage and may expect more than a photo. It is advised that you order your eggs from a seller as close to your location as possible. If you are from the Southern US order eggs from a seller in the south. If you are located in the East coast region find a seller near your location and so on and so forth. From time to time I also order hatching eggs on eBay. Through experience I try to order eggs from the southern US. Although, I have gotten a good hatch from eggs ordered from New York or California and got a lousy hatch from eggs shipped from nearby Mississippi! A lot depends on handling and the USPS. Hatching depends on USPS handling, YOUR EXPERIENCE and a reliable incubator.We recommend letting eggs sit for 24 hours after arriving before putting them in the incubator.
