This is the variety with overall tagging issued Mar. 17, 2014. This block is in Scott catalogue order as shown. At the time of issue Forever was nondenominated (49c). Forty-nine-cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 26, 2014 through Apr. 10 2016 and Jan. 22, 2017 to Jan. 21, 2018. The stamps are valid forever. The stamps have microprinting at the location of red arrows. The arrows are not printed on the actual stamps. The se-tenant blocks have been carefully cut from 4785h panes of 20.
