Description: 21st Century Toys 1/32 M3A1 WWII US Halftrack Armored Troop Carrier. The halftrack was a key part of the U.S. Armored force’s success in the Second World War. A development of the earlier M2 Halftrack, the M3 and later M3A1 allowed the American “Armored Dough” to keep pace with the rapid advance of the tanks. An Armored Rifle Company would be allocated 20 vehicles. Three were used in the Company Headquarters, with one each functioning as a command vehicle with radios, transport for the maintenance section, and an ambulance. It’s primary function, however, was as a troop carrier. A nice very detailed release from 21 Century Toys. This particular replica appears to be rare and hard to find. 3 mounted light machine guns, opening doors and hood, tracks rotate. This replica appears to be complete with no apparent damage. Might need a light cleaning. Please note, what appears to be wear and tear on the halftrack in the photos is actually battle weathering from the manufacturer, not damage. There is no box, however I will package it as carefully as I can. That said you may still need to reattach any parts that come off during shipping. Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail.
