Description: Condition: EX: This card has surface scratching on the front and reverse. The reverse has some minor indentations. the card also has minor edge issues. Overall this card still presents well in a toploader! Currently eBay is also offering up to $20 in insurance on cards damaged through the mail and free tracking.
