They are NOT for cars with Side Airbags for Rear Passengers (BMW Option Code S61A). The most noticeable damage is staining to the top of both panels and some nicks in the leather towards the top corners. There is some wear along the front edges of both panels. Otherwise, there no major holes or rips in the leather. The speakers and armrest are NOT included. All mounting points are intact. Details can be viewed in the photos.
