Description: Nice old fencing swords. This is for a lot of two: One made in Spain, the other made in Italy and marked Santelli. Lot is for the two swords pictured. Natural surface patina to these. I have not cleaned them up other than to dust them off. There is light surface rust in various places on the swords. Hand guard on the Santelli sword has scuffs and scrapes from use. There is a bit of a bend to the last third of the blade on this sword (I think that's normal for these). The blade on the sword made in Spain is fairly straight with a bit of a warble in the second half portion of the blade. Otherwise no damage of note. There is a piece of tape with a name inscribed on it on the inside guard of the Santelli sword behind the green felt--I assume from a previous owner. Length of swords is approximately 43 1/4" for the Italian, and 42 1/2" for the Spanish. Please review the photographs and feel free to ask any additional questions that I may be of help with.
